    A cooperation agreement with the Croatian State Archives has been signed

    On December 8, 2021, Head of the State Archival Service of Ukraine Anatolii Khromov participated in the 2nd meeting of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Croatia in Kyiv.  

    Following the plenary session of the Commission, the Cooperation Agreement between the State Archival Service of Ukraine and the Croatian State Archives was signed.

    Among the priorities of bilateral cooperation are the exchange of experience and organization of internships for employees of archival institutions of both countries offline and online, conduction of joint projects. The issue of establishing communications with the Ukrainian diaspora in the Republic of Croatia will not be left without attention either.

    During a press conference on September 14, 2021 in Ukrinform the Head of the State Archival Service of Ukraine Anatolii Khromov presented an online-project “Archive of Ukrainian Silent Cinema”. The online-project will consist of a total number of 189 film documents. The new project is aimed at researchers in various fields: scientists, filmmakers, journalists, as well as the general public.
