On March 15, 2023, Anatolii Khromov met with the First Secretary of the Embassy of the State of Israel in Ukraine Nelly Shulman.

During the meeting, the issue of further mutually beneficial cooperation with the Embassy of the State of Israel in Ukraine was discussed, in particular, the continuation of the negotiation process regarding the location and date of signing the Memorandum of Understanding between the State Archival Service of Ukraine and the State Archives of Israel, the possibility of a visit to Israel by a delegation of Ukrainian archivists, as well as, other issues of bilateral cooperation in the archival field.

Anatolii Khromov appealed to Nelly Shulman to promote the dissemination of information through diplomatic channels on the territory of the State of Israel about the donations account opened at the initiative of the State Archival Service of Ukraine to provide aid to Ukrainian archives in wartime conditions.
