On March 27, 2023, the Head of the State Archival Service of Ukraine, Anatolii Khromov, held an online meeting with Glen Davis, the cultural attaché of the US Embassy in Ukraine, and Valentyna Pashkova, the coordinator of American centers of the Embassy.

Yuliya Prylepisheva, head of the State Archival Service of Ukraine Communications Department, took part in the event.

During the meeting, Anatolii Khromov familiarized Glen Davis with the archival system of Ukraine and told about the situation with Ukrainian archives, in particular, with regard to the preservation of documents of the National Archival Fond of Ukraine in conditions of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation into Ukraine. Among other things, the participants of the event discussed the prospects of supporting Ukrainian archives in wartime conditions.
In the context of the conversation, Glen Davis expressed concern about the preservation of the cultural heritage of the Ukrainian people and emphasized the steadfast support of the people of Ukraine.
