The meeting was attended by the Project Leader of the National Archives of the Netherlands International Heritage Cooperation Alex Enzlin, manager of the International Heritage Cooperation Programme Johan van Langen, and fellow project leader within the program Lidwien Jansen. From the Ukrainian side, the head of the communications department of the State Archival Service of Ukraine Yuliya Prylepisheva, and the head specialist of the international cooperation department Iryna Zhaloba joined the meeting.

During the meeting, the participants discussed possible ways of cooperation, as well as the provision of assistance to the Ukrainian archives from the National Archives of the Netherlands. Both sides expressed interest in signing a bilateral agreement on cooperation to develop relations, implement joint projects and organize internships for Ukrainian archivists in the future.

In addition, the National Archives of the Netherlands is ready to provide technical assistance to the Central State Audiovisual and Electronic Archives in the integration of the resources of the State Archival Service of Ukraine into the Archives Portal Europe.

Based on the results of this meeting, Anatolii Khromov will hold final consultations with the Director General of the National Archives of the Netherlands during her visit to Stockholm to participate in the 45th meeting of the European Board of National Archivists EBNA at the end of May 2023.
