During November, personal cards of 1585 repressed individuals, including 475 photographs, were added to the database “Ukrainian martyrology of the XXth century”.
Central State Audiovisual and Electronic Archives of Ukraine processed the information provided by the Central State Archives of Public Organizations and Ukrainica and state archives of Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Transcarpathian, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Poltava regions.
From now on, the information on 122 589 repressed individuals is available to users.

Reminder: “Ukrainian martyrology of the XXth century” — is an records-searching online-project posted on the official web-portal of the State Archival Service of Ukraine and contains brief information about the victims of repressions of the 1920s-1950s. In particular: a photo portrait or several photographs (if available), the name of the victim and a brief description of the occupation, dates of life, rehabilitation record, links to the archive where archival files are kept and other relevant materials.
Database “Ukrainian martyrology of the XXth century” was presented by the Head of the State Archival Service of Ukraine Anatolii Khromov, on November 6, 2020, during a press-conference in Ukrinform.
