The filling of the database “Ukrainian martyrology of the XXth century” is continuing. https://cutt.ly/bRER330

As of today, 626 cards about the victims of repressions in Ukraine, including 187 photo documents were added to the database. 

Database of the above-mentioned resource was updated according to the records of the Central State Archives of Public Organizations of Ukraine, State Archives of Kirovohrad and Chernivtsi regions and processed by specialists of the Central State Electronic Archives of Ukraine. 

Thus, as of October 23, 2021, in the database “Ukrainian martyrology of the XXth century” information on the 76 162 repressed individuals is available. 

Reminder: 

“Ukrainian martyrology of the XXth century” — is an records-searching online-project posted on the official web-portal of the State Archival Service of Ukraine and contains brief information about the victims of repressions of the 1920s-1950s. In particular: a photo portrait or several photographs (if available), the name of the victim and a brief description of the occupation, dates of life, rehabilitation record, links to the archive where archival files are kept and other relevant materials. 

Database “Ukrainian martyrology of the XXth century” was presented by the Head of the State Archival Service of Ukraine Anatolii Khromov, on November 6, 2020, during a press-conference in Ukrinform.
